Parental Rights
Asserting Parental Rights
Parental rights and children’s rights are Human Rights to which we are entitled, regulated by the United Nations.
We are also entitled to our 1st, 7th, and 14th Amendment rights. States are obligated to provide systems to protect and enforce those rights.
In New York State, there are multiple venues to address family matters that should operate in accordance with governing laws.
However, in reality, they don’t often work as designed.
We need help to assert and enforce our rights and protect our children from harm and abuse occurring under the law.

What Can You Do
By joining our community you become part of an amazing movement aimed to restore human rights that had been taken away by Family Courts.
We coordinate court watching for each other and supporting each other with affidavits, information sharing and emotional support as well as looking out for each other’s safety and freedom.
Many parents have been jailed for opposing judicial tyranny and when it happens behind closed doors and the parent is alone we stand no chance.
When we show up for each other, are prepared, and expect due process of law in the courtroom, magic happens.
By joining the community you have first access to the resources and collective actions to take our rights and our children back.
