Parental rights and children’s rights are Human Rights to which we are entitled that are regulated by the United Nations. We are also entitled to our 1st, 7th, 14th Amendment rights. States are obligated to provide Systems to protect and enforce those rights. In New York State there are multiple Venues to address Family Matters that should operate in accordance with governing laws. However, in reality they do the opposite. We need help to assert and enforce our rights and protect our children from harm and abuse allegedly under color of law.
